Dr. John Meyer
Dr. Meyer and his wife have four children. They have lived in Jefferson County since 1995. His personal interests include spending time with his family, martial arts, yoga, physical fitness, reading, woodworking and home renovation. Dr. Meyer and his family especially enjoy outdoor activities including boating and camping. Currently Dr. Meyer is building a street rod automobile.
Dr. Meyer provides care for patients in Louisville at our Story Avenue office. While in training at Emory University, he was able to test the Excimer laser (used in LASIK) before it received the approval of the Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. Brennan Greene
Dr. Greene and his wife have one child. He and his family have spent their entire life in the Louisville area. His personal interests including spending time with his daughter, reading, medical research, technology and the Internet. Dr. Greene and his wife enjoy travel and have visited Ireland several times.
Dr. Greene provides care for patients in Louisville at our offices at Story Avenue. He frequently performs consultations at hospitals all around the Louisville area.

Dr. Guruprasad Pattar, MD, PHD
Dr. Pattar enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and two dogs. His interests include spending time outdoors whether it be hiking and running or grilling.
He also enjoys listening to music, especially his collection of vinyl records at home or going to outdoor concerts. Additionally, he is an avid sports fan particularly of Indiana teams like the Pacers, Colts, and Indiana Hoosiers. Dr. Pattar is excited to be in Louisville as he and his family love eating at local restaurants.
Dr. Emily M Ebelhar, OD
Dr. Ebelhar grew up in Western Kentucky and moved to the Louisville area for her undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville. Prior to attending Optometry school at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry she worked at The Eye Care Institute inpatient services.
Her personal interests include spending time with her friends and family, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering for the Louisville Cardinals.
Dr. Hayley Woodruff
Dr. Woodruff and her family reside in Oldham County. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their young children. Dr. Woodruff also enjoys cardiovascular exercise and reading.
Dr. Woodruff provides care for patients in Louisville at our main office located at 1536 Story Avenue. She offers family eye care including routine eye examinations and fitting of glasses and contact lenses.
